My QR Business Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms & Legal Provider
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Store Owner", or "Customer") and My QR Business ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the My QR Business web application, mobile apps, digital storefront generation services, vector QR flyer engines, digital business cards, and analytics tools. By registering an account, creating a business profile, or accessing My QR Business, you agree to be strictly bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using all My QR Business services.
2. Platform Description & Service Use
My QR Business provides local merchants, service providers, and business owners with software tools to create dynamic online storefronts, catalog pages, interactive menus, vector flyer QR codes, digital business cards, and customer review management solutions. My QR Business provides the technical platform and software tools only. We do not manufacture, inspect, warrant, or sell the physical products, food, or services listed on individual storefronts.
3. Account Registration & Security
• Account Accuracy: You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration data when creating your account. • Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. • Unauthorized Access: You must notify My QR Business immediately at hello@myqrbusiness.com of any suspected unauthorized access or breach of security.
• Subscription Plans: My QR Business offers Free, Pro, and Business subscription tiers. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. • Standard Non-Refundable Policy: ALL SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS AND DIGITAL PURCHASES ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE AS A STANDARD POLICY. • Case-by-Case Refund Exceptions: Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion under exceptional circumstances (e.g. duplicate charges). 5. Prohibited Conduct & Content Guidelines
Store owners and users agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: • Publishing unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, deceptive, or hate speech content. • Listing illegal goods, restricted substances, weapons, or unlicensed services. • Uploading malicious software, virus code, or attempting unauthorized system intrusion. • Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting store identity. • Scraping, harvesting, or automated data extraction without prior written consent from My QR Business.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
• Platform Ownership: My QR Business retains all right, title, and interest in and to the platform, software source code, vector flyer templates, UI designs, graphics, branding, and logos. • User Ownership: You retain ownership of all brand logos, product images, trade names, and custom catalog content that you upload. By uploading content, you grant My QR Business a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and render your content for the sole purpose of operating your storefront.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MY QR BUSINESS AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE MY QR BUSINESS PLATFORM AND ALL ASSOCIATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Service Modification & Termination
My QR Business reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service or harms platform integrity.
